First of all, his English is perfect. He never took more than 20 minutes to reply me back on any messages (this is New York type of efficiency and thought I won’t see it anywhere else).

He was always 17 steps ahead, leaving me no room for questions. No pages unturned on any documents, working around the clock (I was often getting messages from him at 9 pm), translates/explains everything for you, and sooooooo personable. He takes care of you as if he’s helping his best friend moving in town. He truly cares! I didn’t even use buyer’s agent for this purchase (don’t worry. I KNEW it was a good deal so I had to snatch it away) but he made everything so seamless.
